By attending IBM Informix Stored Procedures and Triggers workshop, Participants will learn to:

  • Pass and return values from a stored procedure
  • Identify uses for triggers in a database system
  • Create triggers
  • Use triggers to call stored procedures

In IBM Informix Stored Procedures and Triggers training course, Participants will learn to write procedures, functions, and triggers using the Informix stored procedure language. These stored procedures can then be stored within the database server and accessed by database server users.

Delegates should have:

  • Skills on Relational Database Design, or have equivalent knowledge
  • Skills on Structured Query Language, or have equivalent knowledge
  • Some programming experience
